TRANSFORMATION COACHING

12, 16, or 20 WEEK PROGRAMS
Transform your body and life through fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching. This will be challenging! I’ll be with you every step of the way. Your program will be designed based on ability, equipment access, and overall health. Beginners and experienced athletes welcome. Pre and postpartum clients also accepted.

Requirements: Know Your Macros students must subscribe to MyFitness Pal. This course is not suitable for recently postpartum women. **Failure to attend weekly check-ins disqualifies you from further coaching.**

PLATEAU BUSTER
For Experienced Female Athletes

8 WEEK PROGRAM
Designed for athletes who are craving accelerated gains. This program includes periodization and microcycling to help you get over your training plateau. This program is best for clients who already have an athletic and muscular foundation. **Two plus years lifting experience required.**

IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:
  • Build lean muscle mass
  • Hit new records (speed, strength, stamina)
  • Learn to stay injury free

BRENNA YOGA FLOW

With over 500 hours of training, I am a fully registered and experienced yoga teacher. I teach Hatha Yoga, but like to incorporate aspects of Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, Core/Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and also corrective exercises, movements and therapies. If you would like a Zoom one-on-one session, you may schedule one with me (60 minutes, $75). ​Namaste!
